Can we all agree that Christmas is THE BEST with kids! Even if they are too young to know what is going on. Santa found the Wyson's this year and Tylee definitely made the nice list. She was legitimately so excited every time we pulled something out of her stocking. Of course she didn't quite get the whole opening presents thing, but she sure liked the bows. She got lots of fun gifts from grandparents, mom and dad, and Santa including some puzzles, new books, and of course adorable outfits.
Santa visited Devan and I as well with some awesome stocking stuffers. As far as exchanging gifts for each other, we never do that. We just save money all year long in a special account and then buy ourselves a big combined gift...this year was new couches. We are loving them! And we bought an ottoman to match which Devan has been begging me for since we got married. The couches are very modern and really give a completely different look to our house...now we just have to finish all the other decorating to match.
The festivities wore Tylee out so we put her to bed and then made ourselves some Christmas morning pancakes. We decided not to rush over to anyone's house that morning to open gifts which gave us plenty of time to relax and enjoy our little family's Christmas morning together. If I could repeat this same Christmas every year, I would be happy :) Totally in love with my husband and baby girl.
